Lee Creek Recreation Area

We will hike the trails at Lee Creek Recreation Area. In this scenic area close to home, we will hike the Cracked Rock Trail to a rugged bluff area and the Homestead Trail featuring historic artifacts and cemetery for a distance of 2-3 miles rated moderate due to some elevation. Bob will lead.

We will meet at the Wal-Mart parking lot on Hwy 59 in Van Buren at 1 PM.  As you pass Wal-Mart going north, turn right on Sandstone Street, and then right into parking lot and park in area by road. We will caravan from there to the recreation area. If you prefer to go directly to trailhead, please indicate in comments when you sign up.
