On a cold, frosty morning twelve TrailBlazers headed to White Rock Mountain to hike the Rim Trail.

As we drove into the mountains, we were surprised to see there was still good fall color. The mountains were splashed with red and gold. After a rough, slow drive up the mountain, we got parked and headed down the mountain to access the trail.  Every way we looked, there were beautiful views of the colorful trees. The trail is an easy 2 miles around the mountain so we were back to our starting point in time to have lunch sitting in the covered shelter. We could not have asked for a more perfect day.
