Fifteen TrailBlazers traveled I-49 to Devils Den State Park to hike a new-to-us trail - the Devils Racetrack!
The trail begins on the Yellow Rock Trail but soon veers off. We hiked through some amazing, beautiful rock formations, moss covered boulders and under a high waterfall. The trail is used by hikers and bicyclers. After completing the Devils Racetrack, we drove to the Visitors Center and hiked the Devils Den Trail that loops through huge rock formations and past crevices. The waterfall was flowing nicely so we sat on the rocks and had lunch before descending down the rocky path back to the cars.
