After a rainy night, seven TrailBlazers traveled to Northwest Arkansas to hike at Lincoln Lake. Starting from the parking area, we walked down to the road, crossed a bridge and entered the woods.  The trail weaved its way along and crossed the dam before entering woods again. The trail followed the shore line and passed through huge boulders before reaching Moore Creek that required a wet crossing. Most of us made it across with only wet boots but one person did get to enjoy a brief sit in the creek. We took a break for lunch. From there we walked through bottom land before starting up the mountain and working our way through the huge rocks. At the top there was a good view of the lake. We made our way down the mountain and back to our cars. Another great hike in our beautiful state!
